By engaging with Accurate Vision Accounting and Bookkeeping services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Accurate Vision Accounting and Bookkeeping. -
2. Services:
Accurate Vision Accounting and Bookkeeping will provide accounting and bookkeeping services as agreed upon between the client and our company. The scope of services, including specific tasks, timelines, and fees, will be outlined in a separate service agreement. -
3. Confidentiality:
Accurate Vision Accounting and Bookkeeping acknowledges the confidential nature of your financial information. We are committed to maintaining the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose any client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. -
4. Data Security:
While we take measures to ensure the security of your data, it is understood that electronic transmission of information carries inherent risks. Accurate Vision Accounting and Bookkeeping will implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. -
5. Payment Terms:
Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the service agreement. Invoices are to be paid by the due date to avoid any disruptions in service. Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as outlined in the service agreement. -
6. Termination:
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the terms outlined in the service agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the termination date. -
7. Changes to Terms:
Accurate Vision Accounting and Bookkeeping reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. -
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UAE, and any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai. - By engaging with Accurate Vision Accounting and Bookkeeping, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
